  • Crotteauschams reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime.  

  • In most instances you will be requested to share your husbandry to ensure that you have the best interest of the animal in mind.

  • If Crotteauschams cancels a paid order a full refund will issued.

Shipping

  •  We only sell and ship inside the US

         Shipping 

  • Shipping will be scheduled after purchase of chameleon.

  • Chameleons will only be shipped overnight.

  • Crotteauschams is not responsible shipping delays.

 

  • Guaranteed Live Arrival if shipping directly to hub for pickup.

  • In the event of DOA picture/video proof will be required to receive a replacement animal if available, or a full refund in the event we do not have a replacement animal.

Health Guarantee

  • We offer a 30 day guarantee for all of our chameleons.

  • I can guarantee by following our husbandry, feeding, and supplement schedule that you will be able to enjoy your chameleon for years.

  • If there is an event of death of your animal within the 30 day guarantee we will request photos of the animal, husbandry, and supplements used to ensure our recommend guidlines were followed.
